As most of you know, ReportNOLA is a one-person show. I have no team behind me - I do the newsgathering, photography, interviews, research, writing, fact-checking, social media, and more.

As such, I’ll be taking some time this week to rest, but also to do some setup for some exciting changes coming to this outlet!

When I return on June 28, in addition to daily content releases, I’ll be doing some daily video content, as well as a weekly in-depth piece on national issues that affect us locally.

I hope you can all bear with me this week as I take the time I need to get things set up for what is to come.
